CHICAGO – There’s holiday cheer in the air and the United Service Organizations (USO) of Illinois invited area military children to capture the spirit of the season and submit their original drawings for the annual “Design Our Ornament” Contest. 11-year-old Kalil Sims, the son of two Illinois active duty military parents, submitted the winning design.
