About Great Lakes Center:

Located at Great Lakes Naval Station, the USO of Illinois Center Great Lakes is a “Home Away From Home” for sailors stationed there. The center features a Cyber Canteen furnished with computers, printer and fax as well as free WI-FI access throughout the center. The center offers a full kitchen stocked with snacks and beverages and “diner-style” seating area.

The center is a great place for some rest, relaxation and recreation. Enjoy renting movie from the center’s library and watch it in the center’s movie theater complete with theater-style seating. The center features several conversation areas, big screen TV’s, pool tables, table tennis, fuse ball, books/magazines, board games, XBOX & Wii gaming systems including Guitar Hero, stereo, art room, piano & guitar, and quiet reading space. The Great Lakes Center also serves bi-monthly free “No-Dough Dinners” the day before pay day to military personnel.
