The USO of Illinois’ “Flowers from the Frontlines” Valentine’s Day program encourages all deployed Illinois military personnel to submit the name of their “Home Front Loved One” to be eligible to receive a special USO of Illinois Valentine’s Day bouquet with a personalized message from “The Frontlines.” Bouquets are delivered door to door in time for Valentine’s Day by FTD, a leading floral and gift provider based in Downers Grove, IL.
